Who we are

I’m Ross Koote Owner Operator of Bayview Homes here in Batemans Bay. I have over 30 years experience in the building industry and have completed a Bachelor of Building Degree at the University of Technology, Sydney where I Majored in Project Management.

Bayview Homes is a family run business and have been building locally in the Batemans Bay area for over 25 years, being a totally independent building business we offer our clients a complete range of unique and modern home designs.

I have always based my business on people and making their experience of building enjoyable and fulfilling. I am personally available throughout the whole building process through to handing over the keys on completion.
